Home improvement worker needed

I am looking for a person who has knowledge/skills in home improvement tasks. While it is not required that you are the best of the best I do need you to be somewhat knowledgeable and skilled in this area. Some of the things but not limited to will include: know how to remove and replace a ceiling light fixture without getting electrocuted, be able to paint better than a person who has never done it, be able to apply wallpaper, be able to apply foam ceiling strips, be able to assemble furniture by reading instructions, replace door knobs, be able to lift some furniture with the help of one of the people at my house and carry it to the dumpster right outside, and similar tasks. Other things I am looking for while would be helpful are not a must: if you are able to replace a sink and a sink vanity, and if you have a truck/van/car in case we need to take a trip to a local home improvement store so we’ll be able to fit some things in it that a regular sedan may not fit. And like I said, those things are not necessary just a plus. I am an English speaker, and I can communicate in Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian. I need you to be able to communicate with me in one of these languages. You do not need to be excellently proficient, but we do need to understand each other.
