Key Responsibilities:
- Safely apply fertilizer and weed control products using a spray hose up to 350 feet.
- Perform light landscape maintenance tasks, such as weeding and trimming.
- Solve problems related to customer service and operational challenges.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, especially when handling chemicals, and make safety-conscious decisions.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality work standards following company training.
- Be available for snow plowing duties during the winter season.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 60 lbs without assistance.
- Valid NJ driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and honesty, aligning with our core values.
- Availability for snow plowing during the winter months.
