Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols on the job site.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.
Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople on various tasks.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Must be able to follow safety guidelines strictly.
Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED)

There will be some travel depending on where the job is located (We primarily work in PA, NJ, DE, VA, MD)
Pay will be based off experience.
