QUALIFICATIONS
You take pride in creating a positive work environment by cleaning the break room and conference rooms, sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash/recycling, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture/fixtures, washing windows, etc.
You take direction well and can report on the status of your projects regularly.
You follow safety rules and procedures and are proactive in identifying areas of concern to management.
You have a valid drivers license and good driving record to pick up and deliver supplies and materials.
You read, speak, and write English.
You are professional and approachable.
You are able to lift/carry 50lbs with or without accommodation.
You like preparing for events and can be depended upon for their setup (arranging chairs, tables, and equipment in meeting rooms and/or offsite venues).
You understand that standing/walking for your entire shift is common for this position, as well as frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, and climbing stairs.
