Integrity Staffing is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to join our "Trenton" team! We are located right outside of Trenton in Hamilton. This is perfect for an entry level candidate who is looking to start a career in the exciting Staffing World!
Please note that this position is not a remote role. You will be required to come into the office daily.
Responsibilities:
- Create and post job descriptions on our internal site as well as external
- Review resumes of candidates that are applying to postings
- Interview candidates via telephone, video or in person
- Create an active pipeline of candidates for both light industrial and clerical positions that we regularly staff for
- Schedule qualified candidates with an interview with hiring managers and/or schedule candidates for their first day of work
- Prep candidates prior to interviews and/or start dates
- Once a candidate has been selected for a role by either you or the client, communicate start details to the candidate via telephone and email confirmation
- Build a relationship with all employees placed on assignments
- Build a relationship with clients
- Ensure that all recruiting metrics are being met
- Administrative responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- Great role for recent college graduates
- Experience in a customer service, retail or hospitality industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
- Strong computer/admin skills
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
