Our client is a non-profit organization specializing in healthcare. They are currently looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator. Proper PPE is provided and the company is adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr

Position Overview: This Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Team, specifically the Corporate Recruiter. This position is full-time Monday through Friday and based in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

-Support the Talent Acquisition Team with all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process

-Respond to candidates in person as well as phone and email

-Conduct professional reference checks and verifies licenses and certifications

-Initiate background checks and drug screens

-Facilitate the registration and orientation process

-Document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)

Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:

-At least 1-year of recruitment or HR experience

-Previous experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS

-Must be a self-starter with a willingness to learn and work independently

-Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Education Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business strongly preferred
