Our client, an organization in the Healthcare field, is seeking an HR Coordinator to help with the overflow of onboarding and hiring.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $16/hr
Position Overview: This position will be Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 and will be onsite. This is a great position for someone looking to expand on their current HR experience and get their foot in the door with a large healthcare company.
Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
-Provide administrative support for HR executives
-Administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and completing employee documentation
-Assist with composing offer letters and initiating background checks
-Update online job posting requirements when needed
-Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
-Assist in explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
Qualifications for the HR Coordinator:
-1-3 years of HR experience ideal
-Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
-Ability to handle confidential materials with the utmost discretion, integrity and diplomacy
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field required
