Our client, who is a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an HR Coordinator with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$15-17/hr
Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator must communicate with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about confidential documents. The candidate will also be expected to have strong administrative skills. Lastly, the HR Coordinator will be expected to manage the company's human resources records and assist new employees with enrollment procedures.
Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator will manage escalated inbound and outbound calls to ensure there is employee satisfaction
The HR Coordinator will also be expected to know how to recruit, screen, interview and place candidates and handle confidential paperwork
Source for talent using job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder
Qualifications:
Relevant work experience and a minimum of 3 years experience within an HR department preferred
Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
Basic Microsoft Office skills- Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
