Our client is a non-profit specializing in healthcare, looking to hire a Contract Recruiter. This position is based in an office setting and does not allow work from home. Proper PPE is provided.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $30/hr
Position Overview: The Contract Recruiter will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:
-Fill both clinical and non-clinical roles for HQ and various branches
-Maintain a strong business partnership by working closely with hiring managers to understand skill set and soft skills needed
-Work with department managers to establish requisition timelines
-Source, interview, and hire qualified candidates
-Ensure all internal SOPs and guidelines are followed
Qualifications for the Contract Recruiter:
-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably agency staffing
-Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
-Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn and Indeed
-Must be a self-starter with strong multitasking and communication skills
-A proven track record of meeting deadlines and working with a sense of urgency with changing priorities
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree is a must
