Mandell's Clinical Pharmacy is looking for a FULL-TIME Shipping Clerk to work in a professional business environment!
Good communications skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is required. Must be able to successfully pass a background, drug and alcohol screening.
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for following shipment procedures and handling the tasks of receiving and preparing packages for delivery. They are responsible for processing orders and ensuring all details are accurate, producing necessary labels and receipts, examining packages and organizing deliveries and pick-ups. Furthermore, you must also box products, coordinate and communicate with staff as well as maintain accuracy at all times. You must also be able to to possess the following attributes for the position:
1. Valid and clean Drivers License.
2. Understand and execute all product flow and order fulfillment processes.
3. Review daily orders for accuracy; identify and correct errors.
4. Maintain current product knowledge in order to receive shipments and process orders accurately.
5. Process shipping and delivery labels.
6. Standing for long periods of time - All Day
7. Restock supplies for next business day.
8. Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment.
9. Maintain Company property.
10. Assist with maintaining adequate inventory levels, and improving inventory handling, space allocation and order efficiency; inform Shipping/Delivery Supervisor of items to be ordered.
11. Receive shipments, i.e. unload all Company deliveries, and review for accuracy.
12. Participate in scheduling of daily deliveries.
13. Place inventory items in proper storage location.
14. Track all previous days’ shipments via UPS and FedEx to ensure successful deliveries.
