We offer a supportive platform for newly licensed acupuncturists to grow their own practice without the stress of managing marketing, patient acquisition, or overhead costs. Our practice provides opportunities to treat both in-office patients and conduct home visits.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, newly licensed acupuncturist to join our team as an independent contractor. This is a per-diem position where you will have the opportunity to build your own practice using our platform and resources. You will be responsible for treating patients in our Princeton office and conducting home visits within a 20-mile radius. This role is ideal for someone looking to focus on patient care and clinical growth while we handle the marketing, billing, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments to patients in-office and during home visits
Collaborate with our practice to grow your patient base
Build strong patient relationships and provide holistic, patient-centered care
Be available for scheduled patient appointments and maintain professionalism and punctuality
Maintain proper documentation and patient records
Requirements:
Active New Jersey acupuncture license, including an herbal certificate
NCCAOM certification
Newly licensed practitioners are welcome
Must live close enough to the Princeton, NJ office to attend in-person appointments and conduct home visits within a 20-mile radius
Passionate about holistic health and patient care
Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
Compensation:
Compensation is patient-based and will be discussed during the interview process. Rates will depend on experience and mentorship needs. For patients handed off from our patient pool, you will receive a flat rate per patient. For patients you bring in on your own, rental options can be discussed.
