Job Title: Manager for Italian Ice and Ice Cream Shop
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week,4 days a week)

Uncle Louie G’s is excited to open our new location in Old Bridge, NJ, and we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Manager to lead our team! Our shop prides itself on serving high-quality, delicious Italian ice and ice cream in a friendly and welcoming environment. If you are passionate about excellent customer service and have a knack for managing day-to-day operations smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the shop to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Lead hiring, training, and, when necessary, termination of staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all staff members.
- Multi-task effectively, handling various tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a manager or in a similar managerial role.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Availability to work full-time, 4 days a week, including weekends if necessary.
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus.
