An established Distribution company in the grocery and snacks industry is expanding production and manufacturing of of Freeze dried goods. We are looking for an addition to our team to undertake the production aspect of our Freeze Dried products.
Hourly Rate:
$20/hr + TBD based on relevant experience

Requirements
HS Diploma or Equivalent
General baking, food safety & sanitation knowledge
Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Work well with direction, but able to take initiative and be independent
Have experience following recipes, troubleshooting, and critical thinking
Experience in the kitchen, commercial kitchen or restaurant
Knowledge of Industrial Kitchen equipment/machinery
Must have knowledge of basic Math
Ability to lift 50LB
Responsibilities:
Using Freeze Dryer for different product Recipes
Making Ice Cream
Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
Inspection of Product/ Quality Control
Weighing and Packaging Finished Product
Meeting Daily Production Goals
