The Small World Coffee kitchen is comprised of a small and strong team. Each member of our kitchen staff rotates through all areas of production. Our training program ensures guidance and support so that each member of our team is accomplished in all tasks and recipes.
Every day we all engage in the following areas:
Baking
Short order grillwork
Batch production for the grill
Batch beverage production: Chai, Cold Brew, New Orleans Iced Coffee, and more!
Deliveries to our other café.
We train you in stages so that over time you learn all of our recipes and gain competency in every aspect of running our kitchen.
Small World Coffee has been in business for almost 30 years and we pride ourselves in our training program and creating a work environment where you succeed and become a valuable member of our hard-working and dedicated team. We are comprised of 2 high-volume retail cafes in Princeton and a coffee roasting facility in Rocky Hill, NJ.
