Lead the kitchen line with precision, speed & consistency
Prepare & execute quality Italian dishes
Work closely with staff to maintain quality, portion control & kitchen flow
Mentor staff & help maintain a clean, organized & efficient kitchen
Responsible for food ordering & management
Job requirements
At least 2 years of Italian restaurant experience
Strong leadership & communications skills
Multitasking
Serve Safe a plus
Spanish speaking a plus
