G'Day Gourmet in Ewing, NJ is looking to hire an experienced kitchen help. This is a part time position with flexible hours. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Be meticulously clean and aware of all food safety standards. ServSafe certification required.
Follow recipes accurately, understanding and utilizing volumetric measurements
Communicate effectively and directly with the Chefs and front of house managers.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage, freezers and fridges, dishwashing
Must have excellent knife skills and be willing to cut veggies, butcher meat and use specialty equipment.
Must have a passion for food.
Must be able to stand for 8 hour shifts and lift at least 50 lbs.
