Comfortable in a high-paced kitchen setting and using standard kitchen equipment
Breakfast / brunch / lunch experience
Ability to cook different types of eggs, pancakes
Ability to read and manage kitchen tickets from printer and monitor
Ability to follow recipes and manage your station
Experience in expediting
Has a positive attitude and is a team player
