As a Games Operator, you would be responsible for operating our outdoor carnival games inside of Six Flags Great Adventure and you would be eligible for perks such as complimentary park tickets, daily bonus opportunities, discounts on food/merch, and more. Starting pay is $16/hour with Flexible scheduling to fit you!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day operation of the carnival games
Effectively performing the ‘8 Steps to Glory’ within every guest interaction
Effectively performing ‘Keeping the Buzz’ within every guest interaction
Assists guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; provides outstanding guest service
Utilizes various selling techniques to increase sales
Accurately completes sales using POS system according to established procedures
Creating attractive displays with the prizes
Cleans the games for the best sales appearance
Assists with inventory efforts, displays, counts and product transfers as needed
Monitoring of prizes awarded
Fairly and clearly explains of the game rules to guests
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service experience is desired but NOT REQUIRED!
Any level of education
Good Communication skills
