As Executive Assistant to the founder CEO, you must have outstanding verbal/written communications skills, exhibit attention to detail, and be comfortable managing multiple work streams without direct management. Your role will include keeping me organized, productive, and focused on priority objectives.

Maintain client/project time trackers

Schedule meetings and handle related logistics (food delivery, restaurant selection)
My calendar /schedule management
Selecting client gifts / experiences

Desired Experience
Experience as a business manager, or executive assistant, ideally within a professional services organization.
Experience owning budgeting, bookkeeping, and internal reporting tasks
Experience with vendor sourcing, evaluation, and management
Competence and comfort with computers, software, and online research
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver work
Competence with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Apps, Microsoft Word is required

Accountability for high quality and timely completion of all assignments
1-2+ years experience as an executive assistant
Entry level or equivalent qualification preferred
Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
