Call Center Auditor (Temp-to-Hire)
NetLine has immediate openings for experienced Call Center Auditors. As a Call Center Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the quality and accuracy of outbound only call centers. To qualify, you should be knowledgeable about call center scripts, processes, technology and organizational procedures.
Call Center Auditors will work in our Edison office during the first 2-3 months. Once converted to regular employee status, the auditors will work from home. Work hours are 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor outbound calls on a daily basis for quality, quantity and accuracy
Document evaluations qualitative and quantitative on proprietary auditing form
Adhere to quantity and quality of auditing metrics
Communicate issues both verbally and in writing to management on a timely manner
Perform additional duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
1 - 3 years call center auditing experience (lead generation B2B industry experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Proven ability to follow instructions/directions
Dedicated workspace at home, quiet environment and high-speed internet connection
Work overtime as needed
