We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Manager to oversee the scheduling of our glass installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of project management within the construction or glass sectors. Strong management skills and glass knowledge required to guide installers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all installations.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align schedules and resources.
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
Maintain accurate records of project timelines, resource allocations, and any changes to schedules.
Keep accurate records for inventory and shop equipment
Stage jobs that are scheduled.
