Cafe Assistant - Part time

We’re now looking for a Café Assistant for our Casebrook Village who shares our love for people and hospitality.The work would involve working part time across Saturday and Sunday. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our café. From making great coffee to creating tasty cabinet food and light meals, you’ll help make our café a warm and welcoming place for residents, their families, and visitors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standardProviding outstanding barista servicesAssisting with catering for village events and resident functionsHandling cash and reconciling daily takingsYou’ll work closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and wider village team to deliver a café experience that’s welcoming, consistent, and genuinely enjoyable.
