Are you looking to join a well-known company in the logistics space? This company is looking to hire an onsite Desktop Technician but you will be able to work from home once per week. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hardware such as computers and printers and maintaining accurate records of user requests, issues, and solutions. Other duties will include, managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, MDM and more. To be successful in this role as a Help Desk Technician, you will need to have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should be able to work well in a team and have a strong customer service presence. Required Skills & Experience
- At least 1+ years managing Windows Desktops and Servers
- Excellent communication written and verbal
- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Office 365
- Printers
