Description We are offering a FULLY REMOTE short term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the ecommerce industry. The role will be based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and will require the successful candidate to be a point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Utilize Salesforce.com to process customer credit applications promptly and accurately Keep up-to-date records of customer credit information Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account activities Use MS Word and MS Excel to prepare and maintain customer-related reports Handle customer inquiries in both English and Spanish, if necessary Collaborate with the call center team to manage customer inquiries and enhance customer experience Leverage retail experience to understand and cater to customer needs and preferences Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge about company products.Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail industry Bilingual Spanish skills Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable Strong skills in MS Word and MS Excel Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings High school diploma or equivalent education level is required Knowledge of the retail clothes and accessories industry is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
