The Centre for eResearch (CeR) is looking for a motivated individual to help our multidisciplinary team thrive.In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping CeR running smoothly by:Managing financial forecasting, transactions, and preparing reports.Supporting day-to-day operations, including purchasing and general administration.Assisting new staff with onboarding and setup.Overseeing asset management and KPI reporting.Facilitating project management across multiple research fields.This is a permanent, full-time 1 FTE (37.5 hours per week) role.Remuneration range is $96,800 – $119,500 per annum, dependent on skills and experienceMore information about this role is available in the Position Description Mō tō mātou rōpū | About the teamCeR is a University-wide platform helping researchers apply cutting-edge computer and information technologies to their work. You will support our staff and contribute to project management across multiple research fields, cultivating stakeholder relationships as needed.He kōrero mōu | About youTo be considered for this role you will have a bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification, preferably related to business administration or project management.3+ years’ experience with project management coupled with financial and budget management skills.3+ years’ experience working in large and complex organisations, preferably in a university environment interfacing with various administrative areas. (Exposure to a research or IT oriented community would be a bonus.)Robust organisational and relationship building skills.
