This typically includes review and analysis of meter communication activity, identification of meter communication issues and coordination of relevant field orders. The Customer Meter Management team will assist with the company’s revenue protection efforts and will oversee and manage the company’s manual meter reading efforts. Maintaining data integrity of the Itron Open Way Collection Manager (OWCM) Headend system will be a primary focus, as well as, collaboration with external partners in support of company meter reading efforts.Essential Functions –

Report on data integrity controls of Itron Open Way Collection Manager (OWCM) Headend system

Monitor the health and performance of meter communication devices, troubleshoot, and resolve communication issues

Daily review of data discrepancies

Analyze, assign and manage field orders for meter read communication issues

Support company revenue protection efforts – theft of service, tilted meters, etc

Collaborate with cross functional departments regularly and effectively on department and company initiatives.

Build/maintain functional knowledge of responsibilities and systems to support participation as a SME on departmental and corporate projects and initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired Background:

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service / Customer Operations / Data Analysis

Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Preferred Background:

Degree in business management, administration, accounting, finance

Required Skills:

Strong Excel and Word skills

Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a high volume, fast paced work environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Must foster an inclusive work environment and value all aspects of diversity

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must promote a positive team environment

The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
