You’ll:Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.Oversee day-to-day maintenance, compliance, and building performance.Manage service contracts and long-term maintenance planning.Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.Lead capital works and fit-out projects with precision and professionalism.Monitor sustainability initiatives and drive building efficiency.
