Senior Copywriter

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Our brand is currently moving through an evolutionary period, and you will play a special role in contributing to its development and implementation across all copy deliverables.Sitting within our in-house creative agency, you’ll be dedicated to crafting copy with impact to deliver marketing campaigns and brand collateral. Your work will stretch across internal and external, print and digital, campaign-based and brand strategy. Together with your teammates, you’ll conjure creative ways to meet campaign objectives and work collaboratively with other teams including Brand, Marketing and various areas across our Membership division.What you'll doWork closely with stakeholders and our team to deliver clear, concise copy that is aligned to our tone of voice and audience.Ensure that copy effectively answers the requirements of the brief, including meeting business objectives and putting members at the heart of everything we do.Keep up to date with pricing, product and service inclusions, programs and news across the business that impacts your tasks.Maintain the NRMA Tone of Voice Guidelines and run workshops and Tinker Time sessions as required.Craft copy with a deep understanding of different platform requirements and best practices, i.e. social.Work with designers to develop and deliver concept presentations selling in your ideas with key stakeholders.What you'll bring5-7 years ad agency or brand in-house copywriting experience.A portfolio of work that shows ability to interpret briefs and deliver effective copy.A can-do attitude that values team culture and loves being part of a team.A strategic, creative, collaborative approach.Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to juggle multiple briefs, deadlines, priorities and scope changes simultaneously.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.What's in it for you?At the NRMA, we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
