Now, we’re preparing to pioneer the next 50. We are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager to join our Client, Growth & Strategy Team on a 9 Month Parental Leave Cover.  The Senior Strategy Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of Cuscal’s vision and group strategy. Working closely with the Head of Strategy, this role will support the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams in developing and communicating the corporate strategy and roadmap, tracking progress, and monitoring the competitive landscape. In this role you will work across two key areas: 1) Corporate Strategy Development and Execution Support the execution of the 5-year Strategic Plan (FY24 – 29) and the annual Corporate Plan (including close interaction with Finance in the setting of annual operating Budgets and Enterprise Investment Plan)   Align departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organisation strategy   Supporting the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) cycle  Contribution to Board, Executive Leadership Team and enterprise wide Town Hall artefacts   Identifying and addressing any performance issues and risks proactively to ensure our organisational objectives are met. 2) Partnerships and M&A Seek out strategic insights on the payments industry, customers and monitoring of competitors to share across the organisation as part of regular updates on the landscape.   Explore and assess viability of new market opportunities as a potential growth engine for Cuscal Support the end-to-end facilitation of external and internal stakeholders across M&A initiatives to execute a streamlined M&A process including development of integration plans to execute strategic transactions. About You
