ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will play a role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers and giving feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads. Working in collaboration with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals, your primary goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support.What you get to do in this role: The Inbound Sales Development Representative builds sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals.Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunitiesManage all inbound leads to Sales acceptanceWork with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaignsInvite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade showsUnderstand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain pointsResearch target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and company/account mappingsMaintain contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identifiedUse our technology to manage marketing leads
