Rehabilitation Consultant - Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant - Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Sydney on a full-time or part-time basis! On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. As a valued team member your role will include:Undertaking vocational assessments Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all partiesBe part of a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to work, always with your client’s best interests at heartDeliver targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity and functional performanceUnderstanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes
