What will you be doing?Responsible for the day-to-day pricing and inventory management forMercure Melbourne SouthbankMercure NewcastleMercure Brisbane Garden CityMercure Sydney Manly WarringahFocus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis, focusing on short, medium and long term strategies to meet targetsAnalyse group enquiries and quote in accordance with brand and property strategies Pro-actively maximise room revenues, and RevPAR against RGI targets and comp set performanceCreate regular room revenue forecasts & annual budgets in conjunction with property GMs & DORPrepare and conduct Revenue Meetings to identify risks and opportunities and implement strategies to maximise resultsPrepare and comment on End of Month performanceSupport the GMs, DOR and S&M teams in the maximization of revenue for the hotels
