This is your opportunity to craft an extraordinary food program in collaboration with the Studio Paskin culinary team.This is your daily contribution to turn our culinary experience into something exceptional  You will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining the highest culinary standards;Maintain a consistent level of quality in food preparation, presentation, and taste, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's high standards;Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment;Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards and food safety practices;Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage food costs, ensuring the kitchen operates within budget;Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other departments to ensure seamless service and the overall guest experience;Provide ongoing training and opportunities for your team to enhance their skills and grow within the culinary field;Stay updated on the latest culinary trends, experimenting with new techniques, flavours, and concepts to keep the menu fresh and exciting;Occasionally interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction with the meals and gathering feedback to improve offerings;Organise and oversee kitchen operations to maintain high levels of productivity while minimising waste and ensuring consistency in food preparation.
