What you’ll doWe are currently looking for casual General Purpose Hands (GPH), working across a 7 day per week roster, where you will be responsible for a high level of interaction with maritime customers.As the face of the company, this opportunity will be responsible for assisting with vessel operations while providing a customer service to the passengers on board. This is a hands-on position, assisting passengers, fulfilling GPH and cleaning duties.Your key responsibilities will be to:Work under the direction of the Master to maintain a safe and compliant marine operation.Ensure compliance with all policies and proceduresSafe deck line and boarding hardware handlingCleaning of passenger cabin and deck areas in a safe and efficient mannerWatch keeping duties as instructed by the MasterPassenger ticket validation, passenger assistance and maintain good passenger relationsSafety and satisfaction of passengers on boardDelivery of on-board kiosk beverage sales compliant with Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines.
