New product launch manager acqusition

Lead manufacturing related activities of complex industrialization projects within the Product Life Cycle, from acquisition until series production.Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state-of-the-art production processes and technologies.Be responsible for completing activities within operations to meet the specific, cost, timing, and quality requirements.Be responsible for documentation of operations activities.Actively manage and optimize the use of resources in the project, and assign activities to the operations project team members.Coordinate and control project activities, track the project progress, and define corrective measures.Ensure spending and investments are aligned with approved authorizations and/or budgets.Ensure technical, timing, and cost feasibility to manufacturing processes to eventual changes in product or requirements and lead change management activities in production related to product or process.Promote continuous improvements for products, processes, and projects in your area of responsibility.Provide support in quality tasks to analyze, contain, and resolve issues during launch and serial production.Coordinate and manage prototype sample production activities.
