This accounting position will lead the daily/weekly/monthly & yearly general accounting and drive the budgeting & forecasting. In this hospitality organization, you will manage cash reconciliations for multiple revenue streams, manage the financial statement generation and and support the General Manager in all fiscal matters.Requirements
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
Foundational knowledge in month end closings
Financial statement preparation experience highly desired
General familiarity with general ledger
Comprehensive knowledge of cash reconciliations
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proven knowledge of billing
Well-founded grasp of budget forecasting
Daily Cash Flow experience preferred
Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field
