We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Lean Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for our upcoming D365 transformation project. The successful candidate will focus on gathering data for routings and timings, implementing agreed setup changes for production, and conducting time studies to ensure optimal use of resources. They will also oversee the Warehouse relocation activity in support of seamless Warehouse operations.The role will be based in Rochester, N.Y. for a period of 12 months. The annual salary for the role is $80,000 to $90,000 per annum.
 Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:Data Gathering: Collect and analyze data for routings and timings to support production planning and optimization.Production Setup Changes: Implement agreed setup changes for production to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Time Studies: Conduct to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal use of resources.Routings and Timings: Ensure accurate and up-to-date routings and timings for all production processes.Warehouse relocation: Oversee the set-up and relabeling of the Warehouse and Point of Use locations.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in production.Lean Principles: Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.Collaboration: Work closely with the operations teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of the D365 system.Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to staff on lean practices and process improvements.Data Management: Working with the Superuser, ensure all data is prepared for D365
