Softphone Genesys Administrator

This role responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design of data and administrating application. The successful candidate will develop and maintain data and reporting capabilities and also coordinate application troubleshooting/tests to deliver and meet business needs. The candidate will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityDesign, construct, install, test and maintain data management systemAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsFilter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problemsResponsible for troubleshootingmaintainingconfiguring application environment consisting of Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production levelsWork with third party software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issuesWork with management to prioritize business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesSalary:  $95K- $100k per year
