Business Analyst - Experience in CRM

Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Business Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting growth initiatives across company's services with a focus on Gen AI and CRM. This role requires strong knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, and/or Gen AI, as well as a track record of success in program management or business development, analyst roles. Responsibilities:Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies and proposals Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market motions Coordinate, support proof-of-concept efforts to convert to ongoing engagements Engaging clients on regular basis to identify needs, gather requirements, manage issues Salary: $75,000 - 85,000 a year
