As a member of our dynamic team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring high-quality, personalised care for clients throughout our NSW footprint.

In this varied role your responsibilities will include:Optimizing Service Delivery: Use Carelink+ and collaborate with case managers to ensure services are scheduled effectively, maximizing client satisfaction.Rostering Care Workers: You'll be responsible for coordinating both internal and external Support Workers, ensuring all in-home care services run smoothly.Building Relationships: Your strong communication and organizational skills will be key in managing relationships with Support Workers, brokered agencies, and older adults to ensure needs are met efficiently.Handling High-Volume Calls: With your reception experience, you'll manage incoming calls, ensuring a responsive and friendly service for all.For more information, please find the Position Description here.About you

If you're a proactive problem-solver with experience in rostering and administrative support, this role could be a great fit! You'll thrive in this fast-paced, varied environment where your organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly will be essential in helping us deliver high-quality services to older adults. Key qualities we’re looking for:Experience: Previous rostering experience, ideally across a 7-day roster, with the ability to quickly learn new IT systems (CareLink experience is a plus).Communication: Excellent skills in liaising with a wide range of people, including negotiating and problem-solving with various stakeholders.Team Player: Ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team while managing tasks independently.
