Thorough knowledge of general construction and concrete construction safety standards and practices. Responsible for enforcement of safety standards with own crew and others on worksite
Thorough knowledge of the planning, layout, erection, and bracing of formwork for concrete footings, walls, columns, and slabs
Thorough knowledge of the installation of reinforcing steel (including the ability to read rebar shop drawings)
Thorough knowledge of the placement and finishing of concrete
Ability to provide accurate layout for line and grade, from established benchmarks
Competency in working at heights while following appropriate fall protection protocol
Working knowledge of job cost report and labor production report review and analysis
Thorough knowledge of corporate quality control program
Ability to take direction and manage multiple people
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to read drawings and specifications
Basic computer knowledge

Your Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience
Current licenses applicable to the trade
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and safely maneuver around the nearby presence of various construction equipment and vehicles, on an active construction site
Prepared to regularly encounter moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and a variety of outside weather conditions
Able to climb temporary or permanent stairs, and ladders
Able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, balance and stoop, reach on a regular basis
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
