Driver Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for a driver position with our company, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
Driving Experience: Minimum of 1 year of continuous and uninterrupted driving history
Technology Skills: Must own a smartphone and be proficient in using mobile applications
Background Check: Must pass a federal criminal background check
No registered sex offenders
No felony convictions
Driving Record:
No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
No more than 1 at-fault accident within the last 3 years
Drug Testing: Must pass an initial drug screening and be willing to comply with random drug testing as requested
Safety: Strong focus on safety and security
Driving Skills: Demonstrated safe and defensive driving habits
Navigation Skills: Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation effectively
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and in a team
Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Able to push and pull individuals in wheelchairs safely and comfortably
Professionalism: Must be responsible, reliable, professional, and courteous at all times
Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday
