Duties:
Estimate residential and light commercial roofing projects
Handle bids, proposals, change orders
Visit job sites, review conditions, and plan accordingly
Track material and labor costs
Stay involved across the full life of a project
Build trust with contractors, crew, and customers
The Requirements:
At least 5 years of construction experience (2–3 years roofing preferred)
Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors year-round
Comfortable with email and estimating tools — we’ll train you
Problem-solver with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, steady, and dependable
Valid driver’s license
