We are currently looking to fill the following positions. Work is located mostly in Eastern MA and Southern NH.
Commercial Carpenter Foreman:
Must have the ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
Must have the ability to layout per plans and specs.
Minimum 5 years' experience running crews of 10+ workers.
Hourly rate between $30.00-$32.00/ hour.
Foreman package includes 401k, health insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, sick time and disability insurance.
Commercial Metal Stud Framer:
Minimum 3 years' experience.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Must have required tools to work.
Hourly rate between $24.00-$30.00/ hour, based on experience/ skill level.
Benefits include sick time, 401k and a portion of health insurance premium covered.
Commercial Drywall Installer:
Minimum 3 years' experience.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Must have required tools to work.
Hourly rate between $24.00-$28.00/ hour, based on experience/ skill level.
Benefits include sick time, 401k and a portion of health insurance premium covered.
Commercial Drywall Finisher:
Minimum 3 years' experience.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Must have required tools to work.
Hourly rate between $24.00-$30.00/ hour, based on experience/ skill level.
Benefits include sick time, 401k and a portion of health insurance premium covered.
Experience with automatic taping tools, bazooka, boxes a plus.
Drywall Apprentice/ Laborer:
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Job tasks include loading of materials, cleaning job sites and general labor.
Will train the right candidates for advancement.
Hourly rate between $16.00-$20.00/ hour, based on experience.
