We are seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our team as a Lifeguard and Safety Officer for a local HOA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all pool/beach guests while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise pool/beach activities to prevent accidents
- Enforce rules and regulations of HOA
- Control access to pool/beach area
- Provide emergency care and treatment as needed
- Assist with guest services and inquiries
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool/beach area for potential hazards
Skills:
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Proficient in lifeguard duties and techniques
- Friendly, helpful demeanor
- Previous experience in rule enforcement/safety monitoring a plus
