We have a house in Sunapee and we are about two hours away. We are looking for some one who lives in Sunapee or close to Sunapee to take care the property as needed on an ongoing part-time basis.
The main purpose is to manage short-term rental. You will be cohost of the properties. This can include/but not limited to questions about house rules, amenities, check-in/check-out time inquiry, contractor/cleaning coordination if needed. We will have a separate cleaning service unless it is also something you do then we can discuss. This can be compensated per reservation and the number of days for the reservation. You will be compensated with or without any guest requests at all as long as there is a reservation. Initially we will manage some of the guest requests ourselves if the request can be managed remotely. However if we are too busy ourselves and guests need local help this is where you step in. If our relationship and reservation grow, then you could be managing most aspects of the guest requests, and your compensation will grow accordingly.
Optionally, there is a hot tub that will need to have water care about once or twice a month. You don't need to have experience and you will just need to acquire some learning. This would be compensated per visit.
Hot tub water care plus guest requests can be potentially 200-1000 dollars per month although this will be largely dependent on the number of reservations and how you can collaborate with us effectively.
There is also need for winter snow removal. If you don't feel comfortable doing this part, this can be managed by other companies. If next winter is as snowy as the past one, this is potentially another a few hundred dollars a month.

You don't quite need to have the relevant experiences and you just need to have some work experience and need to have a natural willingness to help and learn. You also don't mind getting requests perhaps during nights and weekends - but we hope this is very minimum unless it is a true emergency. We are not a corporation and we are looking for stable long term great relationships to take care of each other. So hopefully you can commit to half a year or a year.
