What You’ll Be Doing:
Organizing the Chaos: Develop and implement systems to keep things running smoothly.
Scheduling Pro Extraordinaire: Schedule and confirm interviews for new sales staff using tools like Calendly.
Tech Whiz: Manage Google Drive, Docs, Zoom, PowerPoint, and Loom like a pro.
Social Media Maven: Handle social media scheduling and updates.
Content Contributor: Familiarity with WordPress is a plus for basic website updates.
Team Collaborator: Work with us to improve and streamline operations.
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong organizational skills (color-coded calendars make your heart sing).
A knack for social media (you know the difference between a reel and a story).
Proficiency with tools like Google Drive, Docs, Zoom, Calendly, PowerPoint, Loom, and ideally, WordPress.
Self-starter energy with the ability to work independently.
Great communication and people skills—you can juggle tasks and keep everyone in the loop.
