Preferred candidate has solar installation experience.
Other preferred skills are: Roofing, construction, fitness/physical outdoor work.
Work will be centered in south eastern VT and nearby in NH. Must have own vehicle, be able to show up on time, and be reliable.
We can train the right person if you have no experience. Will pay more if you have leadership experience or potential.
