Seeking a reliable and thorough building cleaner to clean common areas of two mixed-use upscale buildings in downtown Durham. Cleaning public bathrooms, laundry rooms, gym machines, sweeping/vacuuming and mopping floors/stairwells, emptying garbage, etc
Offering 3 five-hour shifts
- Friday and Saturday night - 5 hour shift starting at 9PM/10PM/or 11PM (your choice).
- Tuesday - 5 hours - almost anytime (prefer you include some daylight hours for outdoor tasks)
Your duties will also include being a building monitor which simply means keeping eyes and ears open for parties, noise, unruly behavior etc on the weekend shifts (we house college students). These buildings are well managed and not a lot of problems, and we just want to keep it that way!
Free light snacks and beverages included. We provide all the tools and supplies you need.
Occasional special projects will be offered for additional income. These are optional.

Starts at $22.50/hour with a raise possible after 3 months and then earned annual raises if applicable.
We are really easy to get along with and understanding when you need time off.
