We operate a busy all-year-round short-term rental property in Warren, NH and We are currently looking for a reliable handyman who can be available to support us with all kinds of property maintenance-related tasks.
The ideal candidate would expect to work 4-6 hours per week and perform various tasks such as basic repairs, appliance maintenance, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep of the property.
We offer $24/h and we pay weekly through Venmo/Paypal.
Responsibilities include
Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
Address plumbing and electrical issues as they arise.
Ensure all appliances are in good working condition and address any malfunctions promptly.
Complete painting and touch-up work to keep the property looking fresh and well-maintained.
Maintain outdoor spaces including landscaping, gardening, and minor repairs.
Assist with furniture assembly and installation as needed.
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
An additional opportunity is available to work extra hours in our second property located in North Woodstock, NH.
